Terms of Use Think Equal is a not-for-profit initiative. The only ‘reward’ we seek is a safe, free and equal world. By using these materials and resources, you and/or your school agree to follow the Think Equal Programme as it was designed, developed and presented to you. The Programme has been carefully designed over a number of years, and through feedback and learning after implementation in a number of countries. It has been created with the input of experts in the field of Social and Emotional Learning and it is structured to deliver the learning experientially and powerfully. The Programme cannot be used in part nor can the order of lesson plans be changed. Materials, books, lesson plans and resources are provided for free but only on condition that they are respectfully used as they were designed to be used, and the lessons delivered 3 times a week over the course of 30 weeks. The lesson plans which are usually centered around one book (3 lessons) are designed to follow each other sequentially, often cross-reference one another and form a complete set. Materials, books, lesson plans and resources are provided on the strict condition that the teacher has partaken the Think Equal training course (via online platform, Zoom or in person session). To ensure high quality of teaching and consistency with the Think Equal programme and pedagogy, distribution by you of the materials to others or for public and open distribution, is strictly forbidden. Reading Think Equal books on video and uploading videos on online platforms, website etc (eg. Youtube) is not permitted. In addition, any video material related to Think Equal books is not permitted. Contravention of the above regulations will be a breach of copyright. Any derivative works (works that adapt the original work) or any use of the materials which does not conform to the Terms of Use, will also be a violation of copyright.
