Moldova Programme Coordinator
We are looking for a committed Programme Coordinator in Moldova to oversee the implementation of Think Equal’s Social and Emotional Learning programme. This part-time role supports programme delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with local partners, schools, and government. The coordinator will ensure smooth operations, track progress, and contribute to advocacy efforts for SEL integration in the national curriculum, helping to empower the next generation of children in Moldova.
Contract: Freelance Part-time (20 hours per week); 12 months (possibility for extension, subject to funding).
Location: Remote, country-based (with possibility of occasional travel within the country).

Partnerships & Programmes Manager
Think Equal is seeking a dynamic Partnership & Programmes Development Manager to help drive our global expansion and deepen our impact in early childhood education. This role combines partnership-building, programme design, and fundraising, working with Ministries of Education, implementing partners, and donors worldwide. Ideal for a relationship-builder with strong project management and fundraising skills, this position is central to launching Think Equal in 10 new countries each year and ensuring children everywhere have access to Social and Emotional Learning.
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week) for 12 months.
Location: Remote, Country-based (with possibility of occasional travel within the country). We are seeking candidates based within two hours of GMT.
