PROGRAMME OFFICER – UNITED KINGDOM
We are looking for a Programme Officer in the UK to ensure the successful delivery of the Think Equal programme across early years classrooms in the UK. Working within the dynamic Global Programmes team alongside dedicated UK-focused colleagues, this role is highly motivating, and requires great organisation and communication skills as well as an enthusiastic, solution-focused attitude. This may include providing support to the Business Development team regarding potential expansion of the programme into new areas.
Engagement: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Fee: £28,000 per annum.

Location: Remote, North UK-based, with occasional travel within the UK

Kenya – Country Programme Manager
We are looking for a Country Programme Manager for Kenya who will lead the strategic development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Think Equal programme across Kenya. This leadership role will initially focus on designing and building the programme for scale in Kenya, including shaping the strategy, partnerships, and delivery model. Once implementation is underway, the role will lead a dedicated team of in-country programme staff and implementing partners, while cultivating high-level institutional relationships to support effective roll-out and growth.
The successful candidate will establish and sustain strong partnerships with the Council of Governors, County Ministries of Education, the national Ministry of Education (MoE), key government agencies, and the wider education ecosystem. You will oversee end-to-end programme mechanics—including budgeting, teacher training, localized translations, asset production/distribution of Think Equal books and resources, and rigorous monitoring and evaluation (MEL) -to ensure high-quality, sustainable systemic integration and learnings.
Engagement: 12-month consultancy agreement as an independent contractor, averaging approximately 40 hours per week, as needed to perform the services and meet agreed deliverables.
Fee: USD $3,100 per month.
Project Lead: Africa Regional Lead.
Direct Reports: In-country Programmes Staff (Regional Co-ordinators and Officers)
Location: Remote, based in Nairobi, Kenya. International travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, subject to advance agreement.
