Nigeria Country Programme Manager
We are looking for a Nigeria Programme Manager to manage the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Think Equal programmes in the country. That includes managing country programme coordinators, and/or officers alongside implementing partners (where and when required). It includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the Federal Ministry and agencies (including UBEC) and State Ministries of Education, and wider education stakeholders. It also involves managing, budgeting of, costing of and reporting on, programme implementation, guiding, reviewing, approving and ensuring high quality implementation including: training plans; translations; design, sourcing and costing of printing and distribution of Think Equal books and resources; monitoring of programme implementation; and evaluation.
Engagement: 12-month consultancy agreement as an independent contractor, averaging approximately 40 hours per week.
Fee: USD $2,750 per month.
Project Lead: Africa Regional Lead.
Direct Reports: In-country Programmes Staff.
Location: Remote. International travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, subject to advance agreement.

Dashboard Development for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
Think Equal is seeking a remote consultant to design and develop a simple, scalable MEL dashboard that improves visibility of programme implementation, MEL activities, and key indicators across countries.
The consultant will report to Think Equal’s MEL Lead, with oversight and quality assurance from the Chief Impact and Sustainability Officer. Regular check-ins will be agreed to support alignment and progress.
Engagement: 6-8 weeks
Estimated effort: 20 days
Location: Remote, country-based, with possible occasional in-country travel
Fee: USD $5,000, payable against invoice upon successful completion of agreed deliverables.
