SENIOR MONITORING, EVALUATION AND LEARNING (MEL) LEAD
We are looking for a Senior MEL Lead role is to lead and strengthen the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function within Think Equal’s Education Impact Team, ensuring that robust, evidence-based approaches underpin programme design, implementation and sustainability across all Think Equal projects globally.
Engagement: 12 month contract as an independent contractor under a consultancy agreement, at a level of effort averaging approximately 40 hours per week, as needed to perform the Services and meet agreed deliverables.
Fee: USD $4,000 per month.
Project Lead: Education Impact Team Lead (Chief Impact and Sustainability Officer)
Location: The Consultant will deliver services remotely from their own location and retains flexibility over working hours and work methods, subject to agreed deliverables, timelines, and coordination with the Company’s designated project lead.

LATIN AMERICA PROGRAMME COORDINATOR – MEXICO
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator in Mexico to support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Think Equal programme within Mexico. This role has a special focus on maintaining strong relationships with, and guiding local partners, including but not limited to regional, federal and local ministry of Education personnel and stakeholders, preparation of classroom lists and databases of participating schools / settings including but not limited to contact details of heads and teachers, wherever possible, supporting with training plans, translation, quotes and research into printing and distribution of Think Equal books and resources. To
ensure the smooth running and success of implementation of the Think Equal programmes on the ground, monitoring and checking on all steps and processes required for effective, high quality and sustainable implementation and impact, and to ensure close contact and
ongoing support with the local teachers, partners, Secretaries of Education personnel (Federal and Local), CONAFE, and other stakeholders. To support the Global Programme’s team in delivering Think Equal programmes as per the strategy of the organisation and
national rollout.
Engagement: 12 month contract as an independent contractor under a consultancy agreement, at a level of effort averaging approximately 40 hours per week, as needed to perform the Services and meet agreed deliverables.
Fee: USD $2,750 per month.
Project Lead: Latam Director and/or Latam Regional Lead
Location: Yucatán or Campeche in Mexico
